SUBJECT: INFORMATION ON THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA, CUSTOMERS AND SUPPLIERS

We hereby inform you that Regulation 2016/679 provides for the protection of data subjects with respect to the processing of their personal data.
Pursuant to the aforementioned legislation, the processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of lawfulness, correctness and transparency and protection of your privacy and your rights.

Pursuant to art. 13 of Reg. 2016/679, we provide you with the following information:

1. Purpose and methods of data processing

The personal data provided by you will be processed exclusively to comply with the provisions of law, contract or regulation relating to the employment/collaboration relationship, in particular:

• personal data
• personal tax data on the legal basis of processing: Contractual Conditions, Civil Code, Anti-corruption.

The processing will be carried out using paper and electronic media by the Data Controller, the Data Processor and the Persons in Charge and in compliance with all precautionary measures that guarantee its security and confidentiality.

2. Communication and dissemination of data

For the purposes of executing the contract and for the purposes indicated above, your personal data may be communicated:

• to all natural and legal persons (tax/fiscal consultancy firms, employment consultancy firms for the preparation of pay slips, data processing centres, chambers of commerce, INAIL, INPS, Labour Chambers and Offices, pension funds and supplementary healthcare, etc.) in cases where communication is necessary for the purposes illustrated above;
• to banking institutions for the management of collections and payments;
• to our collaborators and employees specifically appointed and within the scope of their duties;

For the same purposes, if necessary, the data may be transferred outside the national territory, upon prior communication.
The data collected will not be disclosed.

3. Rights of the interested party

The interested party may, at any time, exercise his/her rights towards the Data Controller pursuant to articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21 and 23 of Reg. 2016/679.

4. Data retention

Personal data will be retained as long as they are useful for the purpose of processing and/or until the interested party's right to erasure is applied.
